1.  Graduate School Entrance Exam is waived until further notice

2.  Accomplish application form and two reference forms

3.  Submit a scanned copy of Transcript of Records, Resume, Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials, PSA Birth Certificate (*Note:  All original documents must be submitted to the Admissions Office)

4.  Admissions Head will evaluate papers upon completion of requirements

5.  Schedule interview with the Department Chairperson

6.  Acceptance or Denial

7.  Enroll
